Meet The Team
Began her career here at Enigma as an apprentice, qualifying in NVQ levels 1 2 and 3. During her career with us Ashlee has reached senior stylist.
Since 2007, she has built up a wealth of experience as a stylist in demand with a large loyal client base. Perfecting her style as a hairdresser in the latest fashions and trends, Ashlee has worked creating beautiful hair for television shows, photo shoots and assisting other stylists on fashion shows! Her first career highlight was at the age of 17, with her first behind the scene event for over 50 contestants for the highly successful TV show ‘Don’t Stop Believing!
Ashlee’s most recent highlights was in 2015, helping direct and creating hair for 15 models in a local fashion show/open evening and styling for the cast members photo shoots for the cast of ‘Made In Chelsea!
Continuing to desire to further her skills and push her career to a higher level, Ashlee continues to attend courses in advanced colouring and the latest cutting techniques, she likes to keep up to date with all the latest fashion trends, she has recently completed her latest course in Glamorous Lengths Hair Extensions.
With her love and passion for hair and her strong belief of her vision coming to life and is evident in her work.
With 5 years’ experience, Bianca’s hairdressing career was established in 2011, beginning as an apprentice in which she qualified in Levels 1 2 and 3 joining the team at Enigma at the beginning of the year, Over the years Bianca has built up a large loyal clients portfolio. Since qualifying as a senior stylist she has maintained her passion for hairdressing and has attended 2 Wella colour technique courses to advance her career. She has also attended course in advanced colour techniques and an advanced cutting course in London. One of Bianca’s career highlights was attending wella seminar.
Having a huge love for different techniques of creating beautiful hair Bianca went on to develop skills in hairdressing, becoming a hair extension specialist, offering her clients two different forms of techniques. Bianca believes her dreams are just beginning in hairdressing and will be continuing to progress her skills by attending future courses in advanced cutting and colouring techniques.
10 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry and has been at Enigma for 5 years. She is very passionate about her work in all areas, whether it is colouring, cutting or restyling. Within her years of hairdressing, Leanne has attended several courses, GHD styling techniques and the Paul Mitchell hair seminars, her latest courses were in advanced creative colouring the advanced cutting technique courses in London and Manchester respectively.
Leanne enjoys keeping her clients happy and to progress this further she will be attending future courses and advanced hair extensions is her next planned course.
I started working at Enigma as a Saturday Boy when I was 16 years old and after 18 months I decided that Hairdressing was going to be my career choice.
I started as a Apprentice in September 2016 and I attend Stephenson College in Coalville were I am completing my NVQ Level 3
I enjoy being a part of the team at Enigma watching and learning from the senior stylists. I like mixing and talking to people and I always try to make people feel happy and I hope that my efforts help people to feel good about themselves, as part of my future training I would like to study all aspects of Gents Barbering after I complete my Level 3 training.
Sam who recently joins us at Enigma with 12 years hairdressing experience, Sam served her apprenticeship at a busy Manchester salon, having qualified in levels 1,2 & 3 eventually working her way up to a senior stylist position. Sam recently relocated to the Ashby area and joined the Enigma team in early December and brings with her a vast knowledge and expertise in advanced colouring, cutting & styling techniques, over the years Sam has attended a number of Wella advanced colouring courses.
Wanting to develop and expand her skills set Sam plans to attend a hair extension course this year, Sam is also working very hard to build up a clientele at Enigma, she looks forward to welcoming you to the salon soon!
Hayley is a friendly and bubbly person who began her career in hairdressing in 2011, having qualified in NVQ level 1 and 2. during this time Hayley attended a Wella creative colouring course and an advanced cutting course at the Paul Mitchell academy. After taking a short sabbatical from her hairdressing career, she has now joined the Enigma team and hopes to complete her level NVQ 3 soon and wants to develop her skills further by completing a hair extension course and a gents barbering training. Hayley has kept up her skill set working part time in hairdressing as well as a full time job and now wants to continue building up her clientele at Enigma.
